Simply say what is in your heart. God will know if you're sincere.
He won't care if you use certain words. Just talk with God and tell Him what you feel.

Actually the bible states that if you cannot find the words to tell God of what is in your heart, the Holy Spirit will make intersession for you and make your groanings understandable to God.

Just say what you are feeling and your remourse for what has been done. Then be still and know that he is God.

When you pray say "Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy name, Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done. On Earth as it is in Heaven, Give us this day, our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but, deliver us from evil, Amen"

You can say an act of contrition like this:

My God,
I am sorry for my sins with all my heart.
In choosing to do wrong
And failing to do good,
I have sinned against you
whom I should love above all things.
I firmly intend, with your help,
to do penance,
to sin no more,
and to avoid whatever leads me to sin.
Amen.

With love in Christ.

God knows what is in your heart.
it does not matter what words you use.
just be yourself and tell God
what you want to tell Him.
