you need to buy a hair product called glue. almost every line makes a form of it. I like ice brand and tigi spiking glue. they make your hair very stiff just like that picture. just put in and spike out the ends. or you could try a homemaid concoction of egg whites and gel. that hairstyle is pretty simple, just need a really really stiff hair product! good luck!
