Of Course it is. Read Genesis 17-19. GOD would perserve the people even if 50 then 40 then 30 then 20 then 10. Of Course only 4 Lot, wife, and 2 incestous daugters were saved.
Was not for incest the human race would not have survived. So, if incest perserved the human race does that make it right?

No, but it does make it a belief that you shouldn't take lightly or judge without looking into who that 90% are. (Just keep in mind that 9 out of 10 would be trusted if it was 9 dentists saying that a toothpaste was good for your teeth, and only 1 saying it wasn't.)
In fact, YahooAnswers sort of works off that philosophy as well. If you receive 9 answers saying "No", and one saying "Yes"... you'll probably agree with the No's. Not because it makes it so, but because the vast majority believes it is so.

It depends on what "it" is. There are intersubjective facts, such as state boundaries, currency values, marriages, and court rulings. If (most of) a jury rules you are to pay restitutional damages, it makes it so. It becomes a fact.
Another example is our laws in the US. Many were included in the Constitution, but the Constitution was not signed by all the delegates of the convenion. Nevertheless, we have the institutional facts of its contents.

No... not even if 100% of people believe it. In ancient times 100% of the people believed in witches and magic, that the Sun revolved around the Earth, that you caught disease from smells and that the Earth was flat.
Just because everyone believes in something doesn't make it the truth... it simply makes it more difficult to get people to accept an alternative point of view, even if it's actually correct.

Knowledge outweighs belief so if 1 person knows it and 9 believes it, their belief won't change anything cause believing is not knowing. It's opinions which can be 100% wrong.

Dear Mary,
Not necessarily. Remember, Elijah and the 450 prophets of Baal (1 Kings 18)?

No, ofcourse not. Especially if you don't believe in absolutes, and that wouldn't even be an absolute because there's one person that doesn't believe.
