Hi...Yes you can claim her on your taxes as long as you include ANY income that she has made in the last year...Part-time work, Soc Sec... etc... My 98 year old Great-Aunt lived with us for 4 years, til she was 102...and thats how I had to do hers...

Probably yes, unless her gross income for the year was over $3300, then no.
