I noticed that my 4 months old dog suddenly has troubles walking on his front right leg. I looked at it and saw that it was different than normal. It never happened before.

Yes take him to the vet. If you don't and there is something seriously wrong with him, you could be guilty of neglect.

If you see something different in your dogs leg from the other one of course take him to the vet. He may have a sprain, or have gotten an infection.

same thing happened to my older dog, she started limping so we gave her some glucosamine tablets (for arthritis) and the next day she was better. That is not normal for a younger dog though. I would take him to a vet.

Absolutely take him to the vet. You don't want him to do more damage to it by waiting. Good luck!
