No State is hot all year round everywhere. Northern Australia is warm to hot all year round on the coast but it can get cold inland in winter. Southern Australia can be very hot in summer but cool to cold in winter. Snow has been recorded in every State.

Queensland is pretty much hot all year round. Brisbane, the state capital at the bottom of it, in winter the weather is jeans and a tshirt, maybe a sweater at night, so id call that hot all year round, adn it only gets hotter the further north you go. Northern territory is the same latitude but gets cool inland at night bcos of the desert.

The top half is the hottest all year 'round, however summer is the rainy season as this climate is tropical. The Queensland islands around Cairns etc... are usually pretty good. Darwin is either hot and dry or hot and rainy/humid.
