I dont have a child and still live at home,im 19 and at the minute im not working because of a medical condition and should be recieveing Incapacity benifit and income support, but i really want to go back to college this september, does anyone know if there is anything i can claim apart from EMA! ??? P.S i live in the U.K and want to go to Doncaster college if that makes a difference?

because your over 18 you will not be entitled to EMA. if you have a medical condition wihich is reconised you can claim incapcity benefit, however if your not you will have to claim job seekers allowance, but only if your course is less then 16 hours per week.

can only get ema if parents still claiming child benefit & earn less than £30k approx

depending on the course u want to do u could still claim benefit & go to college

speak to IBPA at local jobcentre

Phone the college and ask to speak to student finance.

might want to or not that is because our liberal politicians are telling them that they are "entitled", and by way of that entitlement they'll now be obligated to vote Democratic celebration applicants, might want to that be it? might want to it?

u should be able to apply 4 jsa aswell
