How do I get rid of LimeWire off my computer?

How do I trash this program? It won't allow me to get rid of it- 'it' being LimeWire- is there a way?

Above answers are great; I'm just curious--why get rid of LimeWire?

You should have an uninstall option when you go by "start"-"programs"-"limerwire".

Or, go to "start - control panel - addremove programs" and you select limewire in the list.

You should have a seperate icon which is installed when you downloaded the file (it helps run the file or re-install it). You have to delete that as well.
Check your files, it 'll be there
