When you feel the adrenaline use it as a sign and walk away. Come back when you have settled down and can talk. Adrenaline surges usually last ten minutes. If you cannot do this on your own seek counseling.

Yeah i know what you mean. To control your temper next time u feel angry just breathe in and out and think of calmful fings. It deffinately sounds stupid but trust ur self. If u fink u need 2 lash out buy a punch bag.

Read the book, "Working With Anger"
BY: Thubten Chodron.
It teaches us how to work with our anger, bad temper, and how to cultivate patience.
Excellent book. It is at the public library, or you can buy it if you choose to, for only $12.00

well you know you do .... that in itself is a good first step. if you have a job that offers employee assistance, take advantage of it and get some anger management counselling asap. if not try some community assistance via mental health services in your area. this is not an easily fixable problem.....trust me...i know from personal experience. you might also want to talk to your doctor about maybe going on some medication to help you through some rough times. good luck!!

Ask youself what blowing up is going to help. It will only make things worse and you will say things you regret. Just take yourself out of the situation take some deep breaths.........think about things for a minute and ask youself is it that bad? Then approach the situation correctly with no regrets.
