Yes and enjoy every single moment of it. You are an adult for a long long time and trust me I wish I was a kid again.

in some cultures you would already be going thru the rites of passage from childhood to adulthood. in the rest of the world -yes you are still considered a kid but dont take that the wrong way. trust me i would love to be 13 again. I am 43 now. Enjoy the years you have before you turn 18. because the world-your world will change drastically when you become an adult. so dont be in such a hurry to grow up, enjoy being a kid for as long as you can.
you may not believe it but if you ever hear the phrase "the best years of your life" that may not be too far from the truth. You will do things now that you probably will never do again and all you'll have is a fond memory so make those memories count.

Depends on where in the world you live. In the U.S. or most other developed countries you would be still be a kid. In some other countries you would be old enough to be married (and if you are a girl you'd be expected to have children yourself). In other countries 13 year old's work to support the family. So I say that if you live in the U.S. then be glad you are still considered a kid; don't be in such a hurry to grow up.
I just found this news story about kids being recruted into the army in at least 13 countries. Gives you a lot to think about.

Yep....well sort of, being thirteen is sort of like having your learners permit for teenage hood. And being a teen you still have a tad of kid in you. Have fun while you can, growing up can be a bit scary and gets a little worse as you get older but it also gets more fun. The most important part is to remember to remain true to yourself, beyond the "kid" or the "adult" part of you there are probably some core beliefs, or talents that just make you who you are. Remember to stay safe, don't give yourself away to anyone who isn't worth it, (no one will be until you're a bit older). Trust those who love you they can be crazy but they can help. And keep going through the hard parts with all the integrity you can muster and you will grow up strong and beautiful, and good for people to be around, and good for you to be with yourself. A complete person, no matter what path you take.

God Bless

Being a father of 3 boys and 2 daughters. The best answer I can tell you is that from the day your born you live to pass away. Think on that.
We as parents want our kids to grow up fast so we can play with them or at least go to the bathroom by themselves. Those potty years were ruff,I'm hear to tell ya. Then we go through those next year's before the "teens" (like 13teen) and see our little girls growning up and boys starting to take interest and I don't mean just boys your own age.As a father it is rough on us almost as much as it is on you. Then 13teen to 16 come on us and your not really a kid anymore and not old enough to drive. Those were rough years for the girls and it was a time that they really didn't get along with the mom or me, but mostly the mom. And its great now that their in there 20's now and best of friends. Sooo, try and be patient with the parents. Believe it or not it is rough on us to. But they (the boys and girls) now know what I meant when I said , "Enjoy your growing up years and school and friends as much as you can. You will be living the dream soon enough just as your mom and dad are doing". I can only hope you understand . In short, ENJOY YOUR CHILDHOOD AS LONG AS YOU CAN.

Ya. Your still a kid until you are 18 and even then you are still a kid. I'm 24 so if you were 20 years old I would think your still a kid and older people would think I am still a kid and until your like 30... You'll always be kid.

Yes. You are not really an adult until you are self sufficient and on your own. I know a guy who is 30 and still living off mom and dad and not being responsible for himself. He is still a kid too.
Until you are paying all your own bills and being responsible for yourself you are a kid. But think about this if that bothers you, that you still have time to have fun before all that happens because once it does your free fun time becomes more limited than it is now.

Well.. you're going through several changes, but yeah, I guess you're still a kid. Hey, I'm 18 and I never know if I am a teenager or an adult! LOL!!!
Once you hit 21, you know you're an adult for sure!
I'm sorry you're 13, though.. know this age is so confusing and it sucks!

Depends on the level of your maturaty.
If you act like a kid and think like a kid then you're a kid.
If you're aware of the value of money, see the big picture when you're faced with a problem, and can plan things ahead, then you're considered a very mature young adult.

I wouldn't say a kid although many adults will call you that. Your a teenager now which is a step up from a child. But you still got a long way to go.
