No, of course is not enough, but , if you'll run, you can see the "must see" places of Paris.

With 4 days in Paris, you will just have enough time to see the touristic spots (barely...). A week will leave you more satisfied.

As for restaurants, try "LeDoyen" down the Champs-Elysées (Michelin 3 star restaurant ~300 € for 2 pp) or "Le Train Bleu" in a baroque setting in Gare de Lyon or the restaurant located at the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower for a nice view or dinner on one of the "bateaux-mouches" (=scenic boat ride along the Seine). There are so many restaurants !!

You will not get to see much, but as for the restraunt, Hard Rock Cafe Paris. They were extremely nice to my group (50 kids and 4 adults) and we also had three other groups that were larger with us. They were patient and courteous, and they had fun with us! We(aton of teens) danced with the waiters and had fun

NO NO NO NO NO!!!!
You will be sooo tired if you want to go see anything! The shortest stay to see some of everything is a week! As for restaurants try the latin quarter and be SURE to grab a crepe, some cocolate, and a lion bar at one of the local carfours!
