yahoo answers is the quicker, cheaper, and most effective place to get anything translated, if you consider the fact that you might get lots of different translations from different parts of the world and other people rating them, so you get a good idea of which ones are the best

Do you need a translator or just text translated? if it's the latter you can just go to babel-fish and it'll do it for free.
