Everyone always asks what makes people gay, well what makes people straight? Maybe if one can answer that question it'll help with the first one.

Studies have been conducted for decades,among the experts, debating the classic form of ""nature vs nurture". Those on the side of "nature", claim : that sexual orientation has its roots based in biology and is primarily influenced by genetics. Studies show that gay men and woman knew they were "Different" before puberty.Those who believe "nurture" is the explanation for sexual orientation, feel it is a learned behavior, influenced by early experience and largely under voluntary control. As with all complex behaviors,it is more than likely a combination of "Nature and Nurture"

I hate when people ask what makes people gay... let's see, what makes me straight... I've always liked boys, as far back as i can remember..i'd say its mostly nature but definitely some nurture in there..
edit - And by nature, I don't mean the same thing as the crazy guy above me, I mean you're born that way, but how you were raised plays a part in it as well..

That's a really deep question but I'll take a stab at it anyway. I think that people are straight or gay based on chemical and/or hormonal changes or applications within their brains. I think that this could be an imbalance or, worse, something genetic. I think that social norms and religious orientation has a bearing on sexual preferences too. I hope this helps:)

Come on now, you know this. NATURE!!! How could you be here if your parents weren't straight? It's natural to want to sleep with the other sex, what's not natural, is to want to sleep with your own sex. Maybe you should be asking this question in the biology section. I don't thinks that there's anything wrong with being gay, don't get me wrong. It's a choice, you made it, that's fine, what does it matter to me? You go for it. But what I hate, is when gay people claim that it's not a choice, that they were born that way. Sorry, if you were born that way then something is wrong. But, like I already stated, there's nothing wrong with being gay, so it was a choice and some people just want to blame nature because they can't face the consequences of their choices.

The same thing that makes gay people gay — genetics. As far as I can remember, no one in my family has ever been gay, so of course my brother and I are straight.

i think it is something in genetics theres not really anything that seperates gay from straight except sexual preference i know gay people who youd never guess are gay . maybe theres something in the water!!!

you should not straighten your hair every day, so put your hair upp like 3 days a week and only straighten it like 2 times and use like bed head go to the salon there you can find every thing your looking for
