Everyone has their own natural growth length & maybe you have reached yours? You cannot make your hair grow longer or quicker BUT... You can help it reach its maximum. Take brewers yeast tablets( or vitamins for hair/skin/nails from boots & other chemists) for b vits as these are extremely important for hair health/growth. Healthy hair is less likely to break or split so this may help it acheive its maximum possible length. Also do not brush when wet, use a wide tooth comb & pat/squeeze dry after wqashing rather than rubbing with the towel.( Hair is very fragile when wet). Hope this helps

Do you have a lot of split ends? Is your hair straggly? Is it dry and frizzy? First of all, if you answered "Yes" to the first to questions, you may need to get a small trim to get your ends healthy enough to grow again. Also try the Dove shampoos and conditioners that repair your hair. For the third question, try using a more gentle shampoo. The one that your using is probably stripping your hair of it's nutrients, and therefore it's probably not growing a lot. Try using (again) Dove, or Sunsilk. Don't use Herbal Essences. Make sure whatever you are using is healthy for your scalp and mosturizes your hair. Hope that helps and good luck!

Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.
