I have very fine and dry hair. I've read that the cholesterol treatment makes your hair feel thick and silky. Is this true? Where can i buy it? do they sell this stuff at walmart, target or walgreens?

I'm sure it is at least partially true, it would be a good conditioner.

I usually see this in the Black hair care section...I have seen it in different places, discount stores, dollar stores, beauty supply stores. It is in a jar, and I have seen shampoos too. I don't know if they are ONLY for ethnic hair but the different races have different hair issues, worst thing that can happen is your hair will be too greasy. Whatcha got to lose?

If this isn't the product for you, try products made for thin and fine hair, or volumizing formulas. They do make a difference. Some good brands on a budget?

Suave professional series, I think the thick hair is in a bright teal bottle. Equivalent of Amplify.

Herbal Essence, they have a bunch of different formulas now.

Go to Sally and look for big bottles with black and white lettering. GENERIC VALUE PRODUCTS. They knock off salon products ingredient for ingredient and they are a fraction of the cost. Very good stuff.

Tresemme.

Dove

You can also use putties to style with. It is an intense conditioner, and it has great hold so if you can defy gravity for a moment, it will stay that way for a while.

YES it does work you just explained how my hair used to be before I tried cholesterol. Most wal-greens sell it if you can't find it there try your local drugstore in the hair treatment aisle.it is in a squatty jar and runs about $4.00. good luck. : )

I'm not sure how it works but you can get it at any professional beauty supply store, such as Sallys.
