I am an old age Pensinor and suffer from a frozen Shoulder and canot afford regular visits to the psythotherapy's. So i would be interested to know if there was any artificial aids for treatment in the home.

You should be able to get over-door pulleys in any medical supplies shop, or from your local physio department. You set them over the top of any door, sit with your back to the door and exercise for a few minutes often during the day. The big advantage is that the 'good' and does all the work, so it's an easy way to start increasing the range of movement in the shoulder. There are instructions with most of them to show you how to work all directions of movement.
Good luck, don't expect it to be a quick recovery, it may take many weeks yet.

If I were you I'd talk to my doctor about some simple exercises that can be done in the home. He/she should be happy to give you, or guide you to, some kind of program that is suited to your specific needs and doesn't require a physiotherapist.
