well i just addmitted to my friend that my family abuse me sexually and physically and i am scared i dunno if i should have done it,i'm scared i dont want her to tell and i know she wont cause i really dont want her to i dunno if i should let her say summin or not what shall i do.?

i think that you did a good thing telling your friend about. no one deserves to be abused in anyway. You need to tell someone a school counsler, or a cop or some one you can talk to. Please get help now dont let this go on any longer you do not deserve this and it is not your fault. dont ever let anyone make you think that it is your fault because it is not your fault.

that was your first cry for help,but is was to the wrong person you need to tell a professional about it so they can stop it,don't let this go on and don't confront the abuser by yourself, tell a doctor or a police officer,go to the hospital ER if you have to and tell them you need help,it must be stopped by you or it will keep happening to you and to others. please get help tonight! this will be the biggest step for you to take but you can do it!
