Hi Decent Guy,

Well, I saw your question when I typed in a search query for advice on women. I wanted to answer your question so I joined Yahoo Answers. I have a strong inclination to believe that you have pushed her away without realizing it. I am a relationship expert and help counsel relationships mostly married couples but occasionally some youngsters that have boyfriend and girlfriend issues. If you really care for her, you have to respect what she wants. In this case, it seems by what your saying and by what I can gather, that she is hurt. If you want to still be in a relationship that may not be so clear to her. If I were you, I would be a friend first and ask her how she is doing. Don't bring up the past unless she herself address the issues. If she constantly lies to you and changes the subject, let her know that you want an honest relationship and that you care about her. If she is doing that, she is trying to protect herself from a world of hurt. People use this as a defense mechanism especially to those who are close to her. If she does not get along with your friends, hang out one on one with her and don't let her make you choose between her and your friends. If I were you I wouldn't let it wait because the longer you wait, the more detached she will be and the less likely you will be able to get her to care at all. Once enough time goes by, the feelings associated with a event or person gone sour usually disintegrates. if I were you, I would talk to her and just be honest and be yourself . Tell her the things about her that have been bothering you and ask her directly why she is upset or bad mouths you. If she denies this, that is a signal that she feels your attacking her rather than trying to solve the problem. Most people that come to me for help have communication problems but care and love each other. Remember, sometimes the words "I LOVE YOU" is very hard to say to someone because you assume they know this. I read some of your other questions and you say she knows this. Are you sure that she does? Why haven't you said it to her? You can only feel comfortable around her once she is comfortable around you. She may not know this or may be confused. Just be direct and it will pay off. If you say this to her, see if she says it back. If she doesn't it means that you have to be more direct and ask her where she feels you stand in her life. Best of luck to you. One more thing I forgot to mention is that worst comes to worse, she will not want to work out the problems and move on. If this is the case, then I would say that you have to let go. But, if you want to let her know how you feel and that you want to put in the effort, be prepared for the worse but hope that things work out in your favor.

Oh boy...
You deserve so much better. You really do have to cut all ties to her and move on. You can give her an explanation as to why your doing it but it doesn't sound like she's really going to give a dam and it may just give her opportunity to kick more mud in your face and make you feel worse. It's obvious you still have feelings for her and that's the hardest part but don't give her the satisfaction of hurting you ever again.
Just walk away.
She suggested staying friends after the brake up because it made it easier for her to exit the relationship. It's obvious it's not what she really wanted though.
You really need to have more respect for yourself and pluck up some courage to end all ties with her. Cold turkey.
Easier said then done I know but it's going to be the only way.

ok, nicely it truly is only my opinion. you assert you adore her, in case you adore her as a lot as you seem to assert you do tell her that. even as it would want to or may no longer make a diffrence is it no longer well worth a attempt ? some human beings i examine say provide up, in case you've faith it truly is your actual love then provide all of it you may probable provide. Giving up on of project at hapiness is under no circumstances somthing you should do. If she only common used you and under no circumstances loved then you i'd convey be apologetic about flow on. yet when this isn't the case, only attempt your ideal some thing you may imagine of that SHE wish no count how a lot it annoys you. If this isn't sturdy adequate for her then SHE does no longer deserve YOU, You cant do some thing extra perfect than your ideal properly ? So sturdy luck, wish You 2 Can Get previous This ~AleX`

Clean break dude, clean break.
As hard as it will be you need to.
She is treating you this way cause you keep coming back, so dont give her a reason to do that to you.
If she cheated on you, treats you like crap, bad mouths you, what part of the signs arent you reading?
Hard as it may be friend, time to move on.
for the record, the "lets still be friends" thing rarely if ever works!
good luck
