hi guys I picked up my boyfriends underwear and when i looked inside there was brown spots in them what are they?

I would expect they are what we call skid marks. If he is a little on the hairy side down there. Sometimes it's hard to wipe completely clean. Also not sure there is going to be a way to talk to him about this subject. Anyhow if he is really easy to talk to about these things, might I suggest regular shaving. Works for me...Jim

poop stains, people (guys AND girls) who do not wipe properly will get poop stains. Or sometimes people have what I call "dirty farts".
