It seems to be me that even though God's actions can't be judged by human morals, we seem to judge God as "good" because of human morals.

No, we say God is good because He tells us in His word that He is.

Humans are imperfect (just about everyone agrees on this one)
To give God human qualities makes God imperfect.

Don't Anthropomorphize God!

He is good because of his action, like blaming you and me for what Adam and Eve did.

Drowning all those puppies and kittens in the flood.

Like having his only son tortured and killed so we wouldn't need to make animal sacrifices to make God happy.

These action may be illegal according to our moral codes, but when God does them they are good.
