Kenmore double ovens are manufactured by whirlpool for the sears brand " Kenmore". My experience with this oven is not good. I recently built a house and purchased a Kenmore double oven with electronic circuitry. The circuit board malfunctioned just after the one year mark and was out of warranty. The circuit board is in a bad location and susceptible to moisture generated from the oven. All the appliances that I purchased from Sears Kenmore, Over oven microwave-recall or repair, Washing machine- recalled once ,repaired and then replaced, refrigerator repaired, riding lawnmower repaired twice. My advice Stay away from Kenmore and if you do get someone else besides sears to repair it.

I believe those are made by GE. Different Kenmore Elite appliances come from different manufacturers -- the whole line isn't from a single maker.

OEM stands for 'original equipment manufacturer'. You can do a web search for "kenmore elite double oven OEM" (or whatever appliance OEM) to see who makes it. Also, if you talk to a salesperson at Sears, they will tell you.

Machines with the Kenmore label can be made by any variety of manufacturers, including Whirlpool, LG, Bosch, GE
