I feel freedom is a choice we each have the ability to make for ourselves. It concerns our attitudes and the openness of our minds, whether living in a free society or dictatorship or otherwise. We all possess the ability to choose. These choices determine the quality of our lives. Our experiences. Our rewards. Our losses. And most importantly, we choose our responses to the events in our lives. To endure tragedy, trauma, illness, grief, and so on, our choice of the attitude we employ to solve our dilemma will also determine the success and resolution of our problem. A positive stance will attract more solutions for oneself. A negative stance will keep one mired in the problem with lesser ability to find solutions due to one's mind being closed, unaware and not searching for the answers. Our personal freedom is up to each one of us. No one can grant that for you until you allow yourself the ability to be free, to see, to hear, to feel, with all of one's senses and intelligence.
