The best way to fight constipation is to incorporate high fiber foods into your diet and to increase fluids as well. If you need a jump start, then you should have a glass of prune juice, followed by fresh perked coffee as soon as you wake up. Prune juice is very effective and works quickly. Eating vegetables, fruits, and yogurt everyday will keep you regular and healthy. Raisins, beans, onions and fresh garlic will keep your bowels running smooth. Soooooooo relax, drink alot of fluids. increase your fiber and Wellah, you will have good results!

divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water a day, every day for life. If you weigh 200 pounds you would drink 100 ounces of water a day. Stop taking laxatives. Start taking magnesium and zinc every day. Take just the recommended amount.

just make sure you drinking plenty of plain old water (cordial if u need flavour), and try adding fibre by way of a supplement (metamucil or similiar) they are not laxatives, i also found LSA to be good , this is a combination of linseed, sunflower and almond crushed together, you can add to cereal and in your cooking for a natural way to help your body to get the job done!
