Um, babies don't talk until they are at least 11 months. Even then it is only one word.

"Babies generally start talking when they are about a year old. These words may not really be words but may sound something similar to it. In some cases the words may be quiet clear."

a child does not grasp the english language until at least 11 months to 1 year old

Start with verbal sounds 1 to 3 shorts words long such as good girl, I love you, nice food, names of family members, your nose, eyes, feet, hands etc. Not coo or Boo. Reflect happiness in your tone of voice. Show her colors and say the word. As she gets a little older get her Baby Einstein tapes and watch them quietly with her.
Communicate with her now to prepare her for her first words in at least 8 months.

she's only a month old, nothing is wrong with her, she has to grow and develop into talking. Most babies don't even say dada until 6 months. If you are that worried though, talk to a Pediatrician.

Just a few minutes ago Sunday, you asked why your baby was born without teeth. It seems as if you may be a tad young to be on the computer unsupervised.......

Are you really stupid enough to believe that a one month old would talk or is it that you are immature enough to post stupid questions?

I say that if you're worried, just keep her around people. Most babies start talking much later. (My cousin is three and only talks to his mom and dad.)
