Well what state do you live in? If you look at puppyfind.com and then search for chihuahuas. Then you choose the location search option and that should give you many chihuahua breeders and puppies for sale.

I just bought my long coat chihuahua in January from someone here in Texas. I highly recommend her cuz she will answer any and all questions and she keeps all the pups right in her home - not in kennels. She's not a 'puppy mill' and really loves all her babies. She won't sell to just anybody either cuz she wants her pups to go to very good, loving homes. She will ship her dogs if your out-of-state for an extra fee. I have bought 4 chi's before I found this breeder. All the other breeder's business were smelly and very disorganised and was very much into sell, sell, sell! Not Nadine...If you're interested her name is Nadine Nabors and her web sight is TXLC@hughes.net. She just had 6 females and 1 male born about 3 days ago from 3 different litters. She'll be happy to send you pictures if you email her directly from her sight. Her pups go fast so make haste if you want a long coat, which is, by the way, the only type she sells. The lady that owns this is my mother in law, she breeds only AKC chihuahuas. She's got very reasonable prices, and has long and short coat, and pretty much any color you could possibly want. And she's going to be breeding Merles soon.
By the way, shipping is NOT a good idea for little dogs, there is no guarantee that they will arrive alive because they are shipped in the cargo area where it is freezing and costs about $300.00 extra.
