examination(USMLE) step 1 & 2 with succesfully.I am highly
interest to work in Internal medicine in Saudi Arab.So how

Here on Yahoo nobody will offer you a job. It is necessary to find a job FIRST and then go to KSA, because you do need a sponsor for going there.

Search for "banking jobs in Saudi" online. Visit your FX department/FX back office and ask any dealer for contacts. They know their counterparts in Saudi and one might be able to help.
