Throw in a couple of peeled potatoes. They will absorb the salt. You can throw them out when the soup has "desalted" enough for your tastes.

Does the soup have in it potatoes? You can add a potatoe or two and boil it and let the potatoe absorb the salt.

You can put a couple peeled, cut potatoes in there and bring to a boil....the potatoes should absorb the excess salt.

I know the one Sabrina suggested is good but also slice of bread on top will osak up salt too...

add some more vegetables, if it's veg. soup or just pour more water, it depends
