that would depends on the movie!!!
mostly, it would be english, with french subbies, or even dubbed french (having a french actor voice super-imposed over the english one). it is common, most major movies are dubbed french, italian, german, spanish, and more.
however, a french movie may be subtitled (especially in Montréal...).

you'd learn more by watching the movie in french with english subtitles because if you try it the other way around, you won't end up looking at the french words at the bottom and you'll just listen to and watch the movie in english

You can see movies in either language, with and without subtitles, watch TV in both languages, read newspapers in both languages, listen to radio in both languages and speak both languages in the street...Everyone gets along.
The law requires that American movies have their French version ready at the same time as the English version.
