How can it be applied AGAINST ALL US Multinational Conglomerates, US Judicial people, US Politcians, and their henchmen the so called US Armed Forces along with US Law Enforcement with successful sentencing and that it is carried out.
I SUPPORT all of the EXCEPT when they get drunk with power and not faithfully perform their duty with honor and integrity!

There are too many "pro" police state people on yahoo so you will not get honest answers. Go to the US Supreme Court site. Sadly no-one has the courage to fight any corrupt law enforcement agency on any level. Minorities get the shaft with many of the in fear or just whitewashed. I was not helped by white counselors while at Chatsworth High in Chatsworth California. I doubt if I will go to any reunions. Technically the RICO Act can apply to all government branches and agencies irregardless of who and what they are,unless it has amended.
