My husband's an international student here in the US, he is Jordanian, we met here in school about 3 yrs. ago, we got married, we have a daughter and one more baby on the way... We are currently living in Utah... And right now we have no $ anymore to send him to school and he's on a student visa. I am a permanent resident, and it's gonna take a few more years for me to become a citizen, and even longer for him... we just want some help paying for his school so he can stay here w/me and our kids. We do not need help for our rent or other expenses. If you know someone that might be interested in helping us, we'd really appreciate your support. Scholarships are not an option right now because we're on a very tight schedule... we can't wait for deadlines and decisios to be made... If he misses the summer semester he'll be at risk of being deported ... and we really do not want to leave the US or separate, we want to stay together. Please let me know if you can help us.

You are a permanent resident, you can be his "sponsor". He should apply for permanent residency also. Check out www.uscis.gov.

Unfortunately, your husband cannot stay in the U.S. The terms of his student visa require that he return home when his studies are completed. He cannot adjust status from a student visa. He must return to Jordan and you must start the immigration process from there.
In order to even qualify for a student visa, he must be able to show he has sufficient funds to pay for school. If he can't, he won't qualify for a student visa. If he's not a permanent resident or US citizen, he will not qualify for any type of financial aid or loans for school.
Also married to you does not help him, because you're not even a U.S. citizen.

Let's see if I have this straight now. You aren't a citizen yet, but you met and married someone on a student visa who is no longer a student, so basically is illegal now, and you want someone to pay his school so he can become legal again. Is that about it? You are looking for someone to help you skirt the law so your wants are met. Yes, wants, not needs.
Well, tell you what. I bought a KIA because it was all I could afford, but now I want more power, so will someone buy me a Buick? Set your timer, and let's see who gets taken care of first.

I do not mean to be cruel, but he knew the rules when he accepted the visa to come here to study. You are now seeking to illegally circumvent the regulations which require him to demonstrate financial support to continue his studies (which makes me wonder about the information supplied on the application in the first place).
The whole point of study visas is to allow someone to do just that - study and then return to their home country. If they qualify to stay by adjusting their status, that is fair enough. Anyone is welcome to try that legally. However, you cannot circumvent the rules, which you both should have known in advance.
The USA is not a free meal ticket for all and sundry. By the way, I came here as a legal immigrant and had to wait three years before I was eligible for any aid whatsoever. Anyone who thinks life is easy is deluded.

Uh! 1. Apply for resident status like every other human in the world is expected to do.
2. Apply for citizenship status when eligible.
3. Stop trying to skirt our system by illegal methods. We have enough people in this country illegally without you trying to add to the problem.
4. Do you believe if I tried to live illegally in Jordan, I would be held harmless and not punished.
