Well i just purchased some AcneFree cuz i was wondering if it really works

ive been trying different types of stuff but none of them seemed to have been working effectively

anyways, i was curious exactly how much of "each step" i should use, cuz all the directions say is to lather and the basic stuff

i want to make sure im doing it right so i have a less chance of making my skin worse

also, any suggestions of good foods to eat?
i am trying to cut out all that sugary stuff and i want to know good stuff to eat that possibly can help me not miss the taste of sugar lol

thanks!

Just use enough of the cleanser to get a nice lather all over your face. A spot the size of a nickel should be plenty.

With the toner, you really should use cotton balls. They have a slightly exfoliatory property that helps your skin a lot.

Apply the repair lotion with your fingers. I don't know why it says to use a cotton ball. That just soaks up more of the product and wastes it. Wash your hands after you apply the repair lotion, since it can bleach fabrics if you don't.

I've never tried AcneFree, but I avoid cheese and butter at all costs.
Lots of H2O to flush out toxins.
2 carrots a day . (reg. size not baby).
NO SODA AT ALL.
