Awww booo-hooo.

Do you have a P.O. Box?

I'd like to send you $20 so you could buy a sense of humor.

Wahhhhh.

Stay home next Sunday and clean the oven.

So I can stay on your good side, I do wonder what this fascination over a ballgame and mass media marketing hype is all about. I suspect there is some kind of mental illness your pastor and 1/2 of America is suffering from. I mean really who gives a crap about a football game? What has any major league game performed by criminals, womanizers and perverts done to enhance society or culture in general? It sells beer, chips, Jeeps and Caddy's to the morons. Beyond that, nada. Oh, and it gives the local PD patrol officers some nice fat OT checks for the extra security. That's a good thing.

Stupid preacher. Oh, but wait. He's human right? We all make mistakes. He was probably just having fun, exited about the game and trying to seem like he had a clue about pop culture, a common passion for us religious types. Don't hold him up to a higher standard just because he is a pastor. He is the same as you. Have you ever done anything that went very wrong???

While I am sure, your pastor did what he did to make the service more interesting. A lot of young people find church boring and he probably figured that something like this would grab peoples attention so they would listen to the important things. However, we are instructed to approach God with reverence and humility.

I think, while your pastor's motives may be good, his judgment may be flawed in this one area.

Was it a joke? Now hitting the kid was definatly out of the question but i see this as just kidding around. But many people could get the wrong idea from this since it is a place of God so he probably should not of done that

the Bible says that God laughed, it seems to me that we need to have some fun in our lives, instead of being so serious all the time.
the question is was the kid hurt? and how did the pastor react to hitting the kid.
when you go to church do you look for what is wrong or what is right with the service?
I will not go to a boring church, life is to short to live your life looking for faults.

Threw a football? That's handball! Definitely free kick for the kid, penalty if it was within the area. Where was the ref?

I know he was sorry for hitting the child, but I bet no one was bored at your services this morning. Whatever it takes for people to listen about Jesus.

You must be kidding. Where their any elephants, trained tigers, or high wires there? Cause I don't think it was really church. Sounds to me like you went to a circus.

The world is in the church instead of the church in the world doing GOD's will.
