Adobe Reader 8.0 system requirements:
Windows:

Windows XP Professional, Home Edition, or Tablet PC Edition with Service Pack 2; Microsoft® Windows® 2000 with Service Pack 4; Windows 2003 Server; or Windows Vista™*

The info above is from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/acrrsystemreqs.html#80win
but it doesn't say Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2 on it.

I have window xp media center 2005, and adobe 6 came with it. All you need to do is go to adobe.com, and download the most recent copy of adobe acrobat/reader. It should work, and tells you if your computer is imcompadable with it.

Perfect question. Adobe fits in quite comfortably. It does not have any problems. It is with sp 2. SO, it does not make much fuss.
