I’m a 24 year old woman with cerebral palsy from Scotland, my type pf cerebral palsy effects my ability to walk or talk. I use a communication aid with the same keyboard layout as a normal pc.

I would very much like to learn Scots Gaelic, I did consider going to a class but I quickly remembered French classes in school that left me feeling very isolated. If anybody would talk to me in Scots Gaelic on MSN or Yahoo messenger I would be eternally grateful.

This is my email address eurasurebabe@yahoo.co.uk

I only know a few words of Gaelic and certainly not enough to communicate.

There is a website where you can learn Gaelic, it may help you... http://www.bbc.co.uk/scotland/alba/foghlam/beag_air_bheag/index.shtml

Maybe you could try contacting a college that teaches Gaelic, they might offer some distance learning courses.
