Which one do you prefer? If there is another kind of liquor you'd suggest: what is it? and how much?

Well, I guess it would depend on where you are. For an average sized bottle in Chicago, I would probably spend about $20 on a bottle of Captain and $30 on a bottle of Crown. I guess it depends on taste, I actually prefer clear rum, like Bacardi (which is also around $20 a bottle) with Cherry Coke.

That depends on:
1) where you are
2) the size of the bottle
3) the type ie. crown special reserve, captain white, dark etc.
4) what you have for mix
