concert tickets. (my particular favorite) but then again think about her specific likes ie: music, movies, books, or just some peace and quiet and go from there. subscriptions or a day at the spa or just a message. Some ladies like jewelry, but I am not one of them. I personally just prefer a little acknowledgement and consideration. That's free but the usual ladies of the world are not me so just think of what your wife likes and get creative. good luck. I know she'll love it know matter what it is becasue you remembered her.
