I do let my nieces and nephews listen to mozart, but their cleverness might be due to the milk.

there are alot of researches going on in baby milk powders nowadays (with all the DHA and such).
Modern milk powders are not the same as those from a decade ago.

Your nieces and nephews are smart because thay have parents and an auntie that plays and interacts with them. And yes, a good nutrition does help to keep the brain healthy. Keep playing the mozart music to stimulate brain cells!!!! It sounds like your proud of them.
