Reindeer Herder is correct, but it's simplified Chinese, not Mandarin Chinese. It's pronounced "nung lueng" in Cantonese. One more thing.
能 means ability, or capability and
量 means volume, or the capacity
of course, 能 can also mean "can" as in "I can do sth."

能量 = nung LIAN. As in "The energy consumption is high"
精力 = JUNG LIG. As in "It depends on the energy level of the players"
