Hepatomegaly is a sign of something else, it's not a condition in itself. It just means large liver and there are many causes like not enough proteins (kwashiorkor) from not eating enough or from liver diseases like infections or fatty liver from alcohol. So to cure it, have to cure the underlying problem, hope that helps.
