Supposedly is the correct English-spoken word. Supposably is not a word at all. Supposedly is an adverb coming from the word supposed.
When you believe something to be true, it is supposed. Supposedly comes from that word and meaning.

I'm pretty sure it's supposedly. Supposably most likely has evolved from people mishearing supposedly.

Webster's Unabridged Dictionary of the English Language.
Supposable: ADJECTIVE: that can be supposed.
Supposedly: ADVERB: according to what is, was or may be supposed.
Different parts of speech. Different meanings.
Nowhere is there a "supposably". BAD English!

suppossbly means to assume something for the sake of conversation. i think its more rhetorical.
supposedly also means to assume something but doing so regardless of any present facts or evidence. like, "we agree that crime supposedly took place around three o'clock".
