My family's favorite way is to cook them in the oven with boxed scalloped potatoes. Just mix up the potatoes according to package directions, put them in a 9x13 baking dish, add the pork chops, and cook them until they are done, which usually coincides with when the potatoes are done. Simple, one dish, and delicious. It is hard to ruin pork chops, though unless you cook them too hot/fast and dry them out.

Is there a bad way? I like to fry them in very hot vegetable oil after doing the following. Season them -- I like a little black pepper, garlic powder, paprika -- put them in a plastic bag with all purpose flower shake and put in the hot oil until golden brown the turn over for the second side. But they are also good baked with similar seasoning. Bake high for 20 minutes then medium heat covered with foil and encased in a bed of stuffing mix for another 30 minutes. You can also add slices of pineapple and cloves.

Good Luck
