Home made pound cake!!!!!
1 pound butter = 2 cups (4 sticks)
1 pound sugar = about 2-1/4 cups
1 pound eggs = about 8 to 9 large
1 pound flour = 4 cups or 16 ounces (spoon and sweep method) Enjoy, the top usually comes out crunchy and good!

Battered deep fried bananas with ice cream on top! I heard of some restaurants battering and deep frying bananas. You would probably have to do it really quickly tough.

I just made lemon bars. I used real butter in the crust and I also used fresh lemon juice that I squeezed and lemon rind that I grated. Yum.....
