How can we make people sensible when they used to spitt out of the window or at the time of driving?

Usually pepople riding in a bus or auto etc used to spit out of window without bothering that it may disturb the people coming behind them.

It is very sad and disturbing when people spit out from the window of the bus or auto.
Civic sense is not present among Indians.
Civic education has to be given from childhood in schools and NGOs should teach it in their programs of awareness in the rural areas.
It can be taught on the TV, if the media , the police,and the community is prepared to take this responsibility.
The police should levy a fine on people spitting.

such things can be taught in the schools. the kids r more sensitive and good learner. also they will keep an eye on their near ones (parents, sibblings, friends etc)

become a model, teach with modeling, for example, if u hate other spit, u also should not. if u want rubbish should b in dustbin then u too throw it in dustbin.

to bring any change, we should change ourselves first :)
remember, education is the best solution
