SOREL,Marine stores sometimes have good sales on but avoid steel toes.I find Canadian Tire winter boots no better than the tit$ on a bull, what I've seen.Army surplus places have good stuff such as waterproof double layered Aircraft boots You can add air pressure to, although heavy especally good for standing around while ice fishing.Other than that pay the price at a snowmobile dealer.By the way at these dealers they carry outside liners you can wear on over any kind of boots you may already own,if they dont show them ask for them. You can wear them in summer as well on a motorcycle, and there are several qualities from Approz. $40.00 to $120.00.
