I'm 10 and LOVE reading. I also love writing stories. I'm writing this chapter book with an unusual bird that has three legs two claws On each foot and wings that are REALLY big and is really white. Can you please help me name this bird?

P.S. in my story the bird lives in a very snowy place called Tunsteria.(Tun-ster-e-a).

When you have a bird with such obvious oddities, I think it's more fun to name it something that doesn't make fun of the oddity. For example, how about "Yakkity yak?" Perhaps in Tunsteria, all the birds have large, white wings and three legs with 2 claws per foot.

Uday k has given quite and elaborate answer. The thing is that Hinduism is not a religion in the restricted sense this term is used which is more akin to a 'panth' in Hinduism. The Archbishop of Canterbury had declared Mahatma Gandhi as the greatest Christian alive even if Gandhiji's determined adherence to Hinduism(Jainism ) was well known. There is no conflict in this. It is essentially a 'nature based religion in whatever sense you interpret nature. While it believes in saluting the plants and other nature, it also allows its adherents to follow god as his nature likes. He could see Him in images or as the final reality which can be known only through meditation.

I have a small white bird at home ( a white zebra finch) and his name Nicky. Hmm..the bird in your story... is it a female bird or a male bird? If it's a female, call her.... Blanka. For a male, i'd say... Frostee !! Hehehe... well good luck, and keep on the good work !

Name him Fib ...he can be from the town of Perrintoneo.

Three is the fourth Fibonacci number and the third that is unique. In the Perrin sequence, however, 3 is both the zeroth and third Perrin numbers.
