He talks about me with his colleagues at work, friends, relatives, he is so busy thinking about my problems and how help me get over them, he send me gifts, asks daily day/night ... what is that?!

seems like he really cares about you. I think its sweet that someone thinks about you all the time, and tries to help you out. Dont stress over it, and be thankful.

Sounds like he's one of those guys who feels the need to "rescue" a girl and overwhelm her with advice, stuff, and all that.
