Me and him are 13. He's so cute and has a great personality. We talk about anything and everything. We can ask eachother anything and we'll answer 2 r best ability. I want him 2 go out with me sooo bad. He no's i like him cause i tell him all the time but he's hesitant 2 ask me out. What should i do, act, and wear?

The reason he hesitates to ask you out is probably because he is too young to know how. You are both too young to be going out anyway. Wait a couple of years.

Sweetheart if he really wants to go out with you he will ask you out. NEVER change who you are to get someone to notice you. Most boys that are 13 dont want relationships. They are not mature enough to handle the pressure. Just remain friends until he wants to take i further. Trust me I have already been through it.

13 can be sort-of young to be dating but if you are mature enough YOU ASK HIM OUT. you dont have to wait for him to ask you. act how you normally act and wear whatever you normally wear especially if you are nervous. if you can talk about anything with him then it should not be too hard to get on the right topic for this important question.

i have had the same problem.....well except i am a boy. well what you should do you both like each other and you know it. then just ask him! i have had this problem and i just went up and asked. if you are both good friends for a long time, then you should go head at it. I hope you end out good!

at 13 everyone developes later maybe he see's u as friend which is ok, in a while thigs could blossom 4 the two of you together

You can't make someone like you. It depends on wheather he likes you or not. The feeling doesn't come from what you wear or how you act or what you think. Why don't you tell him how you feel about him and take it from there? If he really like you, he will decide to be with you or not. If not, move on, it wasn't meant to be.

first of all be yourself! guys dont like when girls always pose for them.Wear what ever maks you confortable but look good fo him.Talk bout relationships be like would you ever consider us as a couple or should we remain friends for now? girl your only 13 and you have tons of years for relationships and boys..take it from a girl who tried to rush a relationship and trust me i learn from it! you get rejected wethe hes a good friend or not!

Wait till he has a drivers license to go out. Then you wont have to ride your bikes. Its not easy riding bikes while holding hands.

As you said, you can talk to him about anything. so go ahead and slip it in in one of your talks. maybe casually and heck girl don't take it that hard if he turn you down. Sh*t happens.
