The only "treatment" for parvo is supportive care with antibiotics to prevent infection, IV fluid to keep the pet hydrated, anti-diarrhea medication, anti-nausea medication, maybe even a steroid injection. Supportive care is the key, if prevention was not administered.

dang if I can think why an antibiotic could be used for a viral disease- they seldom help. the standard care for parvo is intense supportive care.
