Afterwards? I think "Wow... that was fun.. I love that man.." anything along those lines.. and yeah, a girl might not have a freaky side, but it'll start to show after you have sex with her a couple times..

Haha, I have to say this is one the best questions I've seen so far.
It honestly depends firstly on what type of gal you have.
Alot of them out there, being emotional due to the fact that they're female, after sex are thinking of the implications of that action on your relationship. To girls sex is a progressive step in a relationship, and it isnt uncommon for them to be starry-eyed and vulnerable after a good ... well sexing up. Most likely they're thinking of you, and sub-conciously what that action of give-and-take that just occured means for you guys as a ... couple if you will. These arent the type of gals you pick up for one-night stands.
Then we have the female who is already a freak in bed, and sees sex as simply the satisfaction of both of your needs. The fact that it's with someone they may care about on some level is simply a plus. Personally I tend to be this type so I can say from experience that after sex all I think about is how great that was, hope it was just as satisfying for the other person involved, and how good exhaustion from sex feels. Also, the urge to get up and do something, like cook, take a shower, watch tv or go out into town springs up pretty much everytime.
As for how to bring a chick out of her shell and reveal her freaky side? Everyone by nature has one, though some smaller than others. As shallow as it may sound, telling a gal exactly what she's wanting to hear at the moment will get you on track. If you know that little thing that triggers her sexuality and interest, like a pressure point somewhere on her body, a voice, a suggestion or hint involving the promise of sex, sometimes just plain out telling her that you should try something new will do the trick. And no matter how freaky they may already be, or how sensitive, they love it when you take charge.
