I was just reading on Rip-off Report.com and I saw that this agency is supposely not an actual debt collection agency. Possible scammers??? Please Help

I found this one site that said that YES it is a fraud.
This is what is states:

hi there, i read some answers to your questions and have decided that all they did was search some sites with almost no credibility. i have been offered the same plan as they offered you and i accepted, paid off my debt through them, and a few weeks later they sent me a card. i pull credit reports several times a year just to make sure my paid debts are cleared and they have, including the Embrace visa debt. they are not a scam and you can find out for yourself by calling the First Bank of Delaware in Wilmington Delaware. they issue the Embrace cards and their number is 800-358-3516. it's the number on the back of my card they issued me. everything i've told is true, good luck.

Embrace Visa is great! Great credit rebuilder. The downfall is once you are setup with them, you cannot miss one payment, at all...Once you miss a payment that you totally default on your deal and they will take you to court & sue you...So if you can make the steady payments then you're good. It's not a janky company. I have a card myself...
